The equipment is equipped with four high-strength guide columns, forming a vertical guiding system that provides rigid support for the welding process, ensuring that the upper and lower molds maintain high coaxiality and low deflection rate during movement, avoiding misalignment due to shaking; two servo motors are responsible for rotational driving and pressure control tasks: the rotating servo motor drives the upper mold or workpiece to rotate at high speed, generating friction on the surface of the plastic parts to be welded, converting mechanical energy into thermal energy, and quickly melting the contact surfaces; the pressure servo motor, in conjunction with the four guide columns through a ball screw, precisely controls the welding pressure, pressing speed, and stroke, allowing the molten plastic to fully fuse under uniform pressure.
